Hi all today I sat quietly and made this card for some challenges, I have used a freebie from Kelly's Kids which is also a new challenge.

For my card I have used a mixture of papers and three layers all papers have been mounted onto green mirri card, I added some green gingham ribbon, card candy and an embossed die cut which I did with the Cuttlebug.  The image I printed then cut out and coloured with Copics, the hair I decided to experiment with some different brown Copics and I like it, hope you do as well.

For my card I have used an image from Make It Crafty, I have coloured her with promarkers, cut her out and placed her in the die cut oval frame, I used a pink pearlescent card for the die cut flourish, punched a border with my EK Success flower border punch I added some pearls to the ends of the flourish, the paper is from Bearlymine.

HUGS, KISSES AND FUN

Hi all, phew it's hot again today but a breeze has just sprung up so hopefully it will cool down for tonight.

I have two cards to show you which I am entering into various challenges.

My first card I made last night while being harassed by both my son and doggy, I did make a small mistake but I don't think that it will be noticed, lol.

I have used a Sarah Kay image which I don't think I have inked up before, I wanted to join in this weeks Passion for Promarkers challenge so searched for it among my stash and inked it with Momento Tuxedo Black ink, I have coloured the image with Promarkers as I thought that it was about time I started using them again.  I see quite a few of my blogging buddies use them and it has inspired me to give them more airing.  I did buy some of the new fine nib attachments from Joanna Sheen, which converts the Promarker into a fine liner and it is perfect for the smaller areas.

The papers I have used are K&Co and went for a blue and green theme, I die cut the hearts, distressed a doily and put behind the image, I then used my new SU Flower die cut, I used bronze stickles for the centre of the big flower and a jeweled brad for the second, finally I added a stamped sentiment.

For my second card I have used a stamp that I got from Funky Kits absolutely ages ago but have never used, I coloured this one again with Promarkers, I used a white 6x6 scalloped base card the pink card is pearlescent and I have embossed it with the Hougie Board, the paper is K&Co cut into a large circle, I added  some butterflies, flowers and sentiment.

Little Prince and a bit of Summer Fun

Hi all I have a couple of cards that I have made for some challenges, my first card I have called 'Little Prince'.  This is a wood mounted stamp that I bought several years ago used once then put it away but on seeing some of the challenges around he came to mind straight away.

I inked him with Momento Tuxedo Black and coloured with Copics, the orange is the deep setting sun, or at least that was my thoughts at the time, I stamped this baby three times, two I cut out as a whole the third I just cut out the image, I mounted them with silicone glue for a 3d effect.

The papers are from Bearlymine the brown base one is from the Boys Zone range the orange striped one is from Extreme Vol 1.  I cut out a green circle to pop the image on the sentiment is computer generated, mounted onto card then put slightly under that huge paw. 

Finally I added a brown ribbon and bow, punched some corners and added some bronze stickles.

For my card I have used Bearlymine Summer Roses papers, the image is one that I have had for yonks she is called Tiddly Wings Paddling, I have coloured her with promarkers, i used a MS punch for the central strip and added a die cut ribbon, I also added a sentiment some flowers and card candy.

Here is my DT card

I have used an Emerald Faerie image coloured with Copics, the papers are Bearlymine Simply Dots, I went for the colour combo of chocolate and raspberry, I used my new dies from Spellbinders and my Grand Caliber, I added some ribbon that I bought from Crafty Ribbons and added some flower lace.  The image I printed twice and cut out then 3d'd the image with silicone glue.  The flowers I made myself then punched some leaves, I added a dragonfly charm and some gold liquid pearls and butterfly.

Here is my DT card

I have used an image that I recently bought from Karens Doodles called Basset Girl, I am afraid I just could not resist that beautiful face, lol.  I have coloured her with Copics, the papers are a mix that I had already printed of and found in my paper box.  I added some ribbon and bows, a square doily, tear drop gems, flowers, butterflies and a sentiment.
